Jamia Institute of Engineering & Management Studies, Akkalkuwa established by JIIU in 2010, is affiliated to the North Maharashtra University and approved by AICTE and Govt. of Maharashtra.

Student Notice
The Most Important Circular for TE and BE Students
The class work of TE and BE for even semester (VI and VII semesters) of the current academic year i.e. 2024-25 will commence from 22-01-2025. The students are advised to attend the classes from the day one of commencement of classwork and absence will be viewed seriously. Registrations will start from 06.01.2025 and closes by 25.01.2025. Further all TE and BE students must enroll NPTEL courses as directed by KBCNMU. Last date for enrollment of NPTEL courses is 27.01.2025, 5.00 p.m. A notification from KBCNMU is expected shortly in this regard. Hence all students must be in touch with your HoD regarding enrollment of NPTEL courses and react immediately to enroll. Otherwise the student will be responsible for academic loss.
Important Circular for FE and SE Students
The class work of FE and SE for even semester (II and IV semesters) of the current academic year i.e. 2024-25 will commence from 03-02-2025. The students are advised to attend the classes from the day one of commencement of classwork and absence will be viewed seriously. Registrations will start from 28.01.2025 and closes by 05.02.2025. Further all FE and SE students are ecncouraged to enroll NPTEL courses. Last date for enrollment of NPTEL courses is 27.01.2025, 5.00 p.m. Contact your HoD for the details of courses to be enrolled for NPTEL. No extention date for NPTEL couses will be given as it is a national policy.

Eligibility Criteria
B. Tech. (Regular) :
- Pass in PUC / 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science / Electronics / Technical Vocational subjects and obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) in the above subjects taken together, of any Board recognized by the respective State Governments / Central Government / Union Territories or any other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto.
- Good score in Jamia Institute Common Entrance Test (JIEMSAKK CET ) or CET / COMED-K / Uni-GAUGE or any other equivalent examination conducted by recognized Institute / Agency. (for lateral entry and for more details log on to University website: ww.jiemsakk.com
